GANDHI JAYANTI CELEBRATED AT CARMEL CONVENT RATANPUR

In commemoration of Gandhi Jayanti, a special assembly was conducted by classes IV A & B . The students , dressed in the attire of Gandhi Ji ,conveyed the message of truth and non-violence through skits and songs . A cleanliness drive was organized in the school premises and its surrounding areas. Children actively participated in cleaning the school premises as well as neighbouring areas to promote cleanliness and hygiene.

NCC Cadets of first year and second year participated in Swatchta Abhiyan at various locations such as roads, market place, colonies, temple area, banks , old closed buildings in Bhopal and around Mandideep area.

On this occasion bulletin board competition was also conducted,where students decorated the bulletin board highlighting the importance of cleanliness as well conveying the message on importance of cleanliness in our life .

The students enthusiastically cleaned classrooms, playgrounds, and nearby public spaces. Their dedication was evident as they meticulously picked up litter and ensured the areas were spotless.

The event concluded with a pledge-taking ceremony, where participants vowed to maintain cleanliness not only on Gandhi Jayanti but throughout the year. The pledge served as a reminder of their responsibility towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier community.
