Teachers' Day Celebrated at Carmel Ratanpur

On September 5, 2023, our school celebrated Teachers' Day with great enthusiasm and fervour. The day was dedicated to expressing gratitude and appreciation for the hard work and dedication of teachers. The celebration included a variety of activities, including skits, dances, songs ,fashion show etc. The event began with paying floral tribute to Dr. S. Radhakrishnan and Mother Teresa.Floral tributes were paid by Rev Sr. Rose Tom ,Rev. Sr. Pushpa, Kindergarten Principal Rev .Sr Ance , Rev.Sr. Rejina, Rev Sr .Modesta and Rev Sr. Assumpta .

A reading from the Holy Bible was followed by a prayer invoking God's blessings.

On this occasion a special assembly was conducted by classes VIII A and VIII B. The students creatively depicted the different roles that teachers play in the lives of students, emphasizing their importance as mentors, guides, and inspiration. The celebration continued with vibrant and colorful performances. Students presented captivating dances, thought-provoking skits, and melodious songs, all centered around the theme of education, gratitude, and service. These performances enthralled everyone. Speaking on the occasion the school principal Rev .Sr. Rose Tom said that as mentors, teachers provide guidance, support, and valuable insights beyond the classroom and help students navigate through various aspects of life .They play a crucial role in shaping the lives of students.She appreciated the efforts taken by the school cabinet members and the organizing committee in making the celebration a success.

The culmination of the event featured the Headboy and the headgirl delivering vote of thanks.
