INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

Carmel Convent Sr.Sec.School, Ratanpur,celebrated International Yoga Day on 21 June '23 in the school premises. Various events like seminars, demonstration and yoga practice marked the day . More than 545 students from all classes along with the school principal Rev .Sr. Rose Tom and the teachers participated enthusiastically in this event. Yoga instructors Mr Umesh and Ms. Anamika addressed students about the importance of yoga in our day to day life and for physical and mental well being. After oath, students and staff performed various yogic practice .Regular practice of yoga is essential for physical, mental and spiritual well being.
