TEACHERS'  TRAINING PROGRAMME CONDUCTED  AT CARMEL RATANPUR ON 15TH  AND 16 th JUNE 2023

To cater to the needs of the challenging times and with the view of  empowering teachers ,Carmel, Ratanpur conducted training programme on 15 and 16th June 
The session started auspiciously with a prayer followed by the formal introduction of the resource person . 
On 15 June ,the resource person,  Mr Robert Shine highlighted the importance of teacher and their role in moulding and transforming young minds . He reiterated on the need of understanding students and this he said can be done by talking to them and  interviewing them personally.
The training was a very enriching experience. 

On 16 June , Mahendra Joshi ,a Motivational speaker, inducer of ideas and magnifier of dreams  was the resource person. He said change is the need of hour, so updating and upgrading ourselves to the new trends in education is a must . To be a good communicator,one needs to lay emphasis on the content, organisation,brevity, relevance etc. In the era of throat cut competition,one can  recharge oneself  and destress by  watching funny videos and meeting our old friends.
It was indeed a  fruitful and knowledgeable session with a lot of  fun-filled games and funny videos.
