INDEPENDENCE DAY : 15 AUGUST

Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School Ratanpur in Bhopal marked the 78th Independence Day with great fanfare. The School Manager, The School Principal & The School Headmistress was invited as the chief guests.

This day provides a fantastic chance for children to investigate the meaning of independence via artistic expression. The celebration began at 8 am. As usual there was a PT display by the students of kindergarten. This was followed by some singing performance of patriotic songs by students and teachers as well. The highlight of the day was a showcase performance of freedom fighters, their slogans and the poems by the students of class 1st.

A dance by kg 1, kg 2 and class 1st was also performed evoking the strong patriotic sentiments among the audience. The event ended with the distribution of awards to outstanding students and a motivational speech by The School Principal.

The event concluded with the singing of the National Anthem.
