Carmel Convent School, Ratanpur, hosted an LED Bulb Workshop for its Class XII (PCM & PCB) students. The session was conducted by the expert team from SisTec College, Sagar Group of Institutes. It aimed to connect classroom Physics with practical electronics and to inspire interest in science and technology.
The workshop opened with an introduction to electronics, focusing on semiconductors, diodes, and the working principles of LED technology. Students learned how these components function and how they are used in lighting systems.
The session combined an informative lecture with practical work. Students assembled LED bulbs themselves, gaining first-hand experience of the components, operation, and assembly of LED lighting systems.
The workshop helped students connect theoretical Physics concepts with real-world applications. It was designed to foster scientific curiosity, technical understanding, and a spirit of innovation.
The session was conducted by Dr. Farhan Beg, Mr. Faizan Siddiqui, Mr. Vikas Rai, and Mr. Vikas Mishra.
