Greetings from Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School Ratanpur.
There is a beautiful quote from Les Broun: “Life has no limitations, except the ones you make”. Now, we are in a partial lockdown experience in this season of corona pandemic. This lockdown experience fully or partially has limited our mobility, and external functions, but increased the warmth of family and free time with family members. Now children get enough time with their Dad to chat with, with their Mom to play with. But this pandemic and lockdown experience provided ample opportunity to be their company lavishly.
Do not wait, the time will never be “just right”. Start from where you stand, and wok with whatever tools you may have at your disposal, and better tools will be found as you go along.

I’m truly grateful to my school for being the place where my dreams first took shape. Beyond academics, it taught me discipline, determination, and the confidence to chase my goals. The values and guidance I received here continue to inspire me in my skincare startup, Serica Naturals. My heartfelt thanks to all my teachers for their unwavering support and belief in me. It’s an emotional and proud moment to be remembered and featured by the very place that built my foundation.

My memories of school fills me with immense gratitude and a deep sense of appreciation. The journey to achieving success in the civil services exam has been both challenging and rewarding and I owe a significant part of this achievement to the incredible support I received from my school, teachers and my friends. The foundation laid during my time at Carmel was instrumental in shaping my path. The academic rigor, the values imparted and the critical thinking skills developed there have been invaluable. My school wasn't just classrooms and textbooks. It was a foundation for who I am today. The strong academic base, instilled by dedicated teachers, fueled my love of learning and propelled me towards my MS/MD in Obstetrics and Gynecology. But school offered more. It nurtured my love for science, fostered friendships, and instilled life skills like discipline and teamwork. I'm especially grateful to the sisters, whose support became my strength. As a 2016 graduate, I carry the lessons learned – to dream big, work hard, and never give up – into my medical career.

Ten formative years at Carmel Ratanpur, Bhopal, shaped who I am. Moving from Odisha due to my father's CRPF service, Carmel became my educational anchor. My journey, from engineering to becoming a teacher and entrepreneur, found its foundation at Carmel. My 11th-grade national award, fueled by unwavering teacher support, ignited a passion for excellence. This culminated in the prestigious National Youth Award in 2021, a testament to Carmel's transformative power. As a proud alumnus, I wish Carmel continued geometric growth, nurturing future changemakers.
