DIWALI CELEBRATION
Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School, Ratanpur, celebrated Diwali with fervor and enthusiasm. Teachers lit candles, symbolizing the triumph of light over darkness, while students mesmerized the audience with captivating dance performances.
RASHTRIYA EKTA DIWAS (NATIONAL UNITY DAY)
Special assembly on Rashtriya Ekta Diwas or National Unity Day was conducted in Carmel Convent Senior Secondary School Ratanpur, by the students of class 7C to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel . It aimed at spreading the vision of the iron man of India to stay united under one nation and ensure that every citizen and state has its stake in the development of the nation. Students enacted a skit to show how Sardar Patel contributed in uniting the country by persuading almost 565 self governed princely states to accede to the union of India. Beautiful and rhythmic songs were sung as an encouragement to stay connected and united. His contribution as a freedom fighter and an incredible political leader was presented through placards and elocution. A dance drama was also included to show the unity in diversity which was the actual dream of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Finally the pledge was taken by everyone to preserve The Unity integrity and securities of the nation.
