FEAST DAY CELEBRATION AT CARMEL RATANPUR
On the 22nd of August 2024, our school celebrated a momentous occasion – the Feast Day of our beloved Principal Rev Sr .Rose Tom .The day began with a grand welcome, where small children, dressed in beautiful attire, added a touch of innocence and charm to the event. Their joyful presence set the perfect tone for the celebration.
The ceremony commenced with a Bible reading and a heartfelt prayer, invoking blessings for our Principal and the school. A brief description of the significance of the Feast Day was shared, highlighting its importance in honouring those who lead with dedication and compassion.
Our Principal, often regarded as the "Catalyst of Change," was praised for her unwavering commitment to social service. Over the past 27 years, she has tirelessly worked for the upliftment of the underprivileged and downtrodden, making a profound impact on countless lives. Her dedication and selflessness were celebrated throughout the day.
The students performed scintillating dances and sang melodious songs, filling the atmosphere with joy and reverence. The little ones, in particular, captivated everyone. A floral felicitation by the students followed, as they expressed their gratitude and admiration.
During the celebration, Sr. Modesta delivered a speech in which she eulogized our Principal, describing her as a noble and vibrant team leader, an excellent teacher, and an exceptional administrator. Sr. Modesta highlighted our Principal’s meticulous planning and execution, noting that her contributions to this temple of learning are truly commendable. She also mentioned how our Principal is a sign of God's mercy on humanity and credited her untiring efforts for the school’s remarkable achievements, including reaching the zenith of glory. It was a proud moment for all when it was announced that our Principal had been awarded the prestigious "Best Principal Award."
The event concluded with the presentation of a bouquet, a shawl, and a coconut, symbols of respect and good health. In her speech, the Principal expressed her heartfelt thanks to everyone for the thoughtful gestures and the warm celebration. Her words of gratitude were deeply felt by all, making the day even more special.
The Feast Day was a resounding success, reflecting the deep respect and love the school community holds for our Principal. The day ended with everyone echoing the sentiment, "Happy Feast Day!"
