On the 6th of December 2025, Carmel Convent School successfully organized a Capacity Building Programme for its teaching staff, focusing on the pertinent theme of "Learning Outcomes & Pedagogies." The session was enriched by the expertise of two eminent resource persons: Ms. Kala Mohon, a Special Educator from Sanskriti English School, Pawargarh, Guna, and Ms. Swati Dubey, the Head Mistress of Saga International School, Bhopal. Attended by 60 teachers from the school, the seminar provided profound insights into contemporary educational practices, emphasizing the imperative for educators to remain competent and updated. It powerfully reinforced the essential cycle of professional growth—to learn, unlearn, and relearn—thereby equipping the faculty with refined strategies to enhance instructional delivery and achieve clearly defined learning outcomes in the classroom.
