CARMEL DAY CELEBRATED AT CARMEL, RATANPUR
Our school celebrated the Feast Day of the school Patroness, Mother Mary, on 15th July 2024 with great devotion and fervour. The celebration commenced with the reading of the Holy Bible followed by a prayer invoking God's blessings. The students of class IXA presented a special assembly in honor of Mother Mary, highlighting the history of the Carmelite Order and the significance of the Scapular.The school Principal Rev.Sr.Rosetom in her address emphasized that students are the heart of Carmel and should embrace values like compassion, altruism, empathy, humility, and love to transform the lives of those they encounter. The Principal's address inspired and motivated the students.
The event also included a floral felicitation, where students honoured the sisters with tokens of love and care. The highlight of the day was the energetic and thrilling dance performances and melodious songs by the students, which left everyone enthralled and mesmerized. The celebration further recognized the achievements of the meritorious students of classes X and XII from the 2023-24 batch, with toppers being felicitated by the school principal, Rev. Sr. Rose Tom. Teachers were also honoured for their untiring efforts. The celebration concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by the Cultural Minister, Ms. Mugdha Gupta, followed by the Anthem.
