GRANDPARENTS' DAY CELEBRATION
The school campus was imbued with an atmosphere of profound affection and reverence for our Grandparents' Day celebration, a heartfelt tribute to the cherished pillars of our families. The festivities commenced with a harmonious overture from the school band, followed by a dignified guard of honour and the traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolizing the illumination of wisdom and generational bonds. A serene prayer song set a gracious tone, preceding our Principal's warm welcome address. The cultural tapestry then unfolded through a series of captivating performances, including a vibrant welcome dance, a poignant dance drama, and a witty Hindi theatrical presentation. Following the presentation of the school's annual report and an inspiring address by the Guest of honour Rev .Sr Vinaya Rose ,Vicar Provincial, Mount Carmel Province , Bhopal.The prize distribution ceremony honoured meritorious students. The audience was further delighted by an energetic dance medley and the unique intergenerational ramp walk. A particular highlight was the grandparents' own live performance, which revealed a wealth of hidden talents, followed by an expressive mime act . A nostalgic retro segment evoked cherished memories, leading to a moving felicitation of the grandparents themselves. The program culminated in a spectacular grand finale, a formal vote of thanks, and concluded on a solemn, unifying note with the resonant strains of the National Song, beautifully closing a day that served as a resplendent testimony to the timeless blessing of grandparents' love.
