VAN MAHOTSAV CELEBRATION

Van Mahotsav Celebration
The festival of Van Mahotsav was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Carmel Convent Sr. Sec. School, Ratanpur, Bhopal on 23rd September 2025. The programme was organised in collaboration with Prithvi Innovations NGO, represented by Mr. Alakh and Shruti, with Tata Communications as the corporate partner represented by Narender, and GoodEra as the event organiser, represented by Chandani.
The event commenced with a warm welcome of the guests by the Carmel Convent fraternity. Sisters, teachers, and students actively participated in the celebration, reflecting the true spirit of environmental conservation. A plantation drive was carried out in the school premises, where students along with staff members planted saplings, spreading the message of “Come be Friends with Plants & Experience the Joy of Planting.”
The programme concluded with the distribution of snacks among the participants. The day’s celebration not only enhanced awareness about the importance of trees but also instilled a sense of responsibility among students to contribute towards a greener future.
